Overnight Shelter
A Welcome Gathering Place for All
Loaves and Fishes Ministries offers overnight shelter to guests in a comfortable, safe and home-like environment. We have space to house 8 men and 4 women every night. Guests are welcome to stay at Loaves and Fishes up to 30 nights.
Guest Schedule
- Once you have a bed saved, you can arrive at 5 PM nightly
- Dinner at 7 PM
- Lights out at 11 PM
- Up at 6:30 AM
- Breakfast at 7 AM
- Leave by 9 AM and may return at 5 and curfew is at 10
- In very cold temperatures guests are offered the opportunity to stay 24/7
L&F Hosts COVID Testing & Vaccination Clinic
Ever since the COVID testing and vaccines became available, Director Dr. Thomas Woods has worked tirelessly to secure a Strike Team to offer testing to the guests in all 3 of our shelter homes, as well as to our staff and volunteers along with their families and friends. Then the seemingly impossible became possible! On March 23, 2021 L&F became a voluntary COVID vaccination center for these same groups. We were all so happy to be part of the solution in preventing the spread of the virus! Thanks to the Ingham County Health Department for making this possible…and to Dr T for his relentless pursuit of getting this done!
